Potential Applications of Nanomaterials in Wastewater Treatment

Abstract Over the last few decades, nanotechnologies have gained a great deal of attention, and various nanomaterials techniques been developed for water remediation. This study deals with adsorption Naphthol green B onto magnetite nanoparticles synthetized by coprecipitation method at laboratory temperature. According to obtained results, sorption process is obvious only acidic condition when pH solution decreases level 3. nonlinear fit experimental data, assumed as multilayer, while Freundlich model fits better (96.158 %) than Langmuir does (55.941 %).
